FALL Meditation Retreat
dates TBA, 2017
Hey everyone,
We have booked Salamander Yurt Camp for weekend of July 21-23. Wondering if you would like to join us for the weekend.
Looking for fellow campers and meditators who want some silence and structure, for a summer gathering/ meditation retreat.
We are offering morning, afternoon and evening meditation sessions and Qi gong, some guided Somatics* with Kelli. There is a retreat schedule, ... AND you are free to follow your own intuition and rhythm. ... go for walks, lie in the grass, move your body, swim in the lap pool and soak in the hot tub under the stars.
The retreat will be held with respect for those who wish to be in silence. We propose those who may want to connect more verbally can share a hike in the woods or go out of earshot. There will be a group check-in/sharing circle. There is an optional music and movement session Saturday evening; bring your own drum or instrument. There are also percussion instruments available at the camp.
The basic retreat fee includes 2 nights lodging with basic meals for $150.
We are offering a modest breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Please bring your favorite foods and dishes to share:)
Accommodation is shared dorm-style or camping (bring your own gear).
Let me know if you want to come. There are still a few places available.
To register, email Amanda [email protected] . or phone 831-419-0200
Warmly, Amanda, Jay, Caroline and Kelli ;)
PS.
+ Donation/Dana for organizers is welcome

Retreat Venue : The retreat will be held at Camp Salamander, a private camp situated in the Santa Cruz Mountains, south of Los Gatos, CA, devoted to retreats in meditation and the arts. Three beautiful yurts, surrounded by redwood decks.
Designed as a place for groups of 20 or less to meditate, move and walk in the surrounding forest, hot tub soak, and gather around a campfire. Acres of undeveloped forested slopes surround the camp. Enjoy the freedom of walking the trails in the moonlight, trace a stone labyrinth and rest in an open meadow.
